Refund policy

Some resin pieces may include small imperfections, bubbles, rough edges or paint imperfections. Though I do my best to make each piece as perfect as I can, please note that returns will not be accepted based on these criteria. Due to sanitary reasons and Nocturna being a small batch brand, we do not take refunds for cosmetics/body products as well. Please read descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing. 

We do not do refunds and cancellations, due to shipping delays. Post offices can be hectic and delay packages, especially since the pandemic hit us all. We recommend buyers to select tracking with their package!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged from shipping, or if you receive the wrong items.
