FAQ + Shipping

We highly recommend customers to read the descriptions of shipping options and to pick a selection with tracking. Canada does not come with free automated tracking to US and international. 

How long will it take for the package to arrive?

Our packages take 2-5 days to process and will be sent out after that. Shipping times are calculated at the checkout page. 

"My package isn't here yet!"

Here at Nocturna manor, we try our absolute best to ship our products as soon as possible. Once the products leave the studio we are not longer responsible for shipping delays or stolen packages. If you suspect a lost/ stolen package, you can leave a claim with the postal service.

My package was returned to sender

This can happen due to address issue and inputs. If you experience this, please send us an email with your order number and confirm your shipping address. 

The customer will be responsible to pay for reshipping order. We will send you a invoice for the shipping fee and reship to the corrected address. Please note, we must receive the items back and have a repaid shipping fee before reshipping items.
